Time for a new adventure! After many years of faithful service, the Tour-X4 is retiring and is replaced by the completely newly developed Tour-X5 – a helmet packed with innovations and improvements. As always with Arai, safety is at the forefront, and this model comes even closer to the perfect "Arai shape".

Improved visor technology for optimal visibility and safety

One of the biggest innovations is the updated visor system VAS-A, inspired by VAS-V, which enhances the helmet's ability to distribute energy in a collision (Glancing-Off). The new visor provides a wider field of vision and is now a Max Vision visor, making it easier to install a Pinlock. The helmet comes with a large Pinlock MaxVision 120 XLT, ensuring a fog-free riding experience.

Maximum ventilation and comfort

The Tour-X5 is designed to keep you cool in all conditions. The new Delta Duct 6 channel and redesigned chin vent provide improved airflow. The internal ventilation grille can direct air directly to the mouth or visor for better fog protection. As with all Arai models, the ventilation parts are designed to detach in a collision, thereby enhancing safety.

Top-notch fit and comfort

The interior is fully removable and adjustable with extra layers on the sides and back for a tailored fit. The Facial Contour System (FCS) in the cheek pads provides a stable and comfortable fit both on and off the road. Additionally, the helmet opening has been made 10 mm larger for easier on and off.

Ready for all types of riding

The Tour-X5 is designed to suit various riding styles. The helmet can be used in Adventure, Off-road, and On-road mode by easily switching between visor and peak without tools. The peak is aerodynamically optimized and works excellently even at high speeds.

Intercom-ready and robust construction

The helmet is prepared for intercom, with dedicated spaces at the cheek pads and a rear pocket for wiring. The chin strap cover is replaceable, and an additional ES Chincover can be retrofitted if needed.

Approved to the highest standard

The Arai Tour-X5 is ECE 22-06 approved and exceeds Arai's own strict safety requirements. With an even stronger outer shell, the EPS shell has been optimized to provide the best possible protection without compromising weight.
